"This has been our first house build/experience, so we were not sure what to expect. From the moment we stepped into the office we were surprised with how friendly and professional the people are, and how thorough they have been throughout the process. Every step has been explained, with such an attention to detail that we have been so amazed (as hearing of other friends builds, for them it has not been anywhere near as smooth, as they have been for us.)
Every change and variation we have requested has not been an issue, and I know that it is not only house our build Aspect are managing - but they make us feel so welcome and comfortable, it feels like we are the only clients and we have their full attention and care.
All costs have been explained upfront, with total honesty- so nasty surprises or extra costs, and the products and accessories are top quality brands like Westinghouse and Dulux too.
We get regular updates and check ins to make sure we are happy, and Amy especially has been exceptional in every way, following things up for us, and working very hard to accommodate all changes we have made, and keeping us involved in every step of the process.
We are so appreciative and so happy, and always highly recommend Aspect Homes Gympie to everyone we know, as the whole process has been easy and enjoyable!"
