With more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, Gympie Builder Doug and the team have a hands on approach to every aspect of the building process and has built over 130 new homes around the Gympie region in the past five years alone. Doug and Fiona Channells have been providing exemplary service to their clients within the building and construction industry for many years. Doug and Fiona moved to Gympie with their four children six years ago. Doug understands the importance of making himself available, which is why he offers a personalised, hands-on approach to each and every new home build. We specialise in custom built homes of the highest quality, while we do have house designs to choose from they can be independantly altered to your family's needs and we can design and build you a total unique, stylish modern day home. We have designed and built many new homes for families around the Sunshine Coast and Gympie Regions from scratch. These homes are tailored to their budget and lifestyle choices. You will have the confidence and peace of mind knowing that you can work directly with the builder while building your dream home.

Doug understands the importance of having a quality team of tradespeople behind him, all of whom have been personally selected. He has ensured they are all local people who meet Aspect Homes Qld's high standards. The sucess of the business is due in no small part to Doug's wife Fiona.
Fiona has spent many years working alongside Doug in the building industry and understands when investing in a beautiful new home, getting the right feel and look comes down to colour choices and decorating schemes.
She ensures the company is up-to-date with the latest products and trends in an ever-changing industry and that only the best quality products are used in all of their homes. With her expert knowledge, Fiona will be there to guide you through the house designs, the floor plans, and the colour/product selection process, making it a stress free and fun experience. We will ensure your new home meets Aspect Homes Qld's high standards and expectations. She understands that communication is the key and you can rest assured that when you build with Aspect Homes Qld, everything will be handled with the utmost expediency.
From the lodgement of your building materials through to the scheduling of local tradespeople, we will keep you informed every step of the way. Your new home will be completed on time, every time.
